The transaction I experienced was fast.Their one who gets your order puts a smile on his face and is knowledgeable of the products. When it's pay time, the cashier counts the change with you to ensure you receive the correct amount. When I received the items, the staff makes sure that your items are correct and complete. Their price is reasonable too. I guess they've read and took actions from the past comments posted by other customers.

We submitted our order and were told to sit. We waited for 2 hours asking every stockboy to please take our slip...who ignored us and kept telling us to be patient. After all that time a nice customer explained that we had to pay for our things first, then they would assemble the order! Who ever heard of paying first before you see what you're buying?!! After that we were very displeased and they put everything in a box so we could not inspect our merchandise. They hadn't added my conduit to the slip, so we just decided to take what we had. We got outside as they were closing and locking up for the day and our box fell apart on the sidewalk because they did not package it correctly. This place is not ethical and unprofessional and I got the feeling it was a racist issue due to me being an American. My Filipina wife was so angry she had tears. They took our whole afternoon away. Also because of this we could not get a jeep home for 50 pesos as normal and had to spend over 500 pesos on a taxi! If there were a way to put a negative amount of stars I would. They don't deserve the one star I gave them.
They have a good supply of hardware for electrical and plumbing and their price is fairly good. But the wait is very long when you order more than 2 items, plan on picking up the next day. Also, they close at lunch! So inconvenient.
