My mother was going to get her usual haircut. She waited for her turn and when it was, sige sya ga ignan og "kadjut lang" because the hairstylist, Ms. Rebecca, entertained another customer who just arrived. My mom just wanted to get a haircut and I don't think it's going to take an hour to do so given that my mom's hair is a boy cut. While the other customer was going to get a haircut and hair color. So idk what's the reason why sigeg ignan akoa mom "kadjut lang" when she waited long for her turn tapos bago lang naka abot isa ka customer na entertain ditso. What a joke.
Actually got me crying in public. I asked for a 1 inch trim and thin bangs. The guy who cut my hair made it 4 inch and no bangs. Maybe I wasn’t being clear because I already had curtain bangs but when he showed he how long he’d cut it, it was only 1-2 inch. Then he proceeds to cut it higher.
Honestly, I was so disappointed of the service. My haircut wasn't done as instructed and expected. My husband had his hair color done but it was poorly serviced...Went home with still patches of his grey hair..I love going to David Salon but this experience..I think I have to find somewhere else. By the way, I've noticed that they will only reply of those good reviews and ignored the not so pleasant ones...To david salon!!!! apologized if it's necessary!!!! be professional!!!!
Refused to give a haircut to our special needs child. Went a few doors down to Macho Mucho and they gladly worked with us. Just as well. David’s is overpriced and we found a new salon.
I was there at the Salon today 5/11/22 to have a haircut w/Sandy and was told I have to wait for 45 mins and I waited and when this man came and talked to SANDY, the Receptionist Almira & Sandy starts talking and the next thing I knew Almira told me to wait for another 30 mins coz she forgot to write down the man's appt???, I told her that they are playing Priorities and I an not ok about it coz I asked her 2X & was told that I'm next and not a GOOD thing to let customer to wait for 45 mins and then when someone they knew will get ur time and I will have to wait again. I would never go back to that Salon. hope the Salon Operator will read this, just to be aware.
