Try the home made Italian dishes. Its great; portions are generous. Of special mention would be their home made bread which they serve with the pasta dishes. You can also order the bread, to be picked up a day later. Tiramisu is also very good. The place is clean with classy decors and good ventilation. The only problem I had was finding a parking space. There's not enough parking in this place, which is on the first floor of a condominium and across a call-center office. On two occasions, I decided to look for another restaurant with ample parking coz of lack of parking space.
The food was quite disappointing. Although the portion was well worth the price, it was definitely not worth the taste. The cream of pumpkin soup was just like heated pumpkin puree out of a can that wasn't even diluted or seasoned well. I had to put some salt and pepper to taste something better. Then the 'best-selling' Ragu which the waitress recommended did not do any justice as well. The pasta sauce lacked the meat it required and was overwhelmed by the unsavory bitter taste of herbs. I'm probably giving this two stars instead of one because of the complimentary bread, iced tea, and attentive staff. Although I have to note that I was the only one in the restaurant that evening, now I know why.
They had live music on Friday night. Friendly staff. I asked for hot sauce but the waiter offered me a better hot sauce, it's their Salsa Picante chili sauce, I bought one eventually for only php150. Don't underestimate it, it's pretty hot 🔥
This place has excellent food! Quality and quantity. Some may consider it a little on the pricy side. Our meals were great.
Best restaurant I have experienced in the Philippines PERIOD! Ambience, staff & FOOD are all 5 stars. You "feel" the owner's passion/pride from the moment you walk in. I could eat here twice a day (if they had breakfast 3 times). Live music on occasion that is the perfect volume to also converse at the table. High quality ingredients, generous portions, variety and prices $ that are shockingly low for the "High End" of Luna! This is an establishment I'd happily travel 30 minutes to enjoy.
